To claim a warranty, please fill out the Return/Warranty Claim Form on our website.

• ✅ Faulty products under warranty are sent to the distributor/vendor for repair, replacement, or refund according to their policies.

• ⏳ The warranty process may take up to 20 working days after confirmation by the official service agent.

• ❌ Claims will be rejected if the product is:

  • Physically damaged

  • Improperly installed

  • Misused or tampered with

• 🔍 Only products with warranty mentioned on the product page are eligible. Items without warranty info are not covered.

At Alhameed Computers, customer satisfaction is our priority. You may exchange or return any product purchased from AlhameedComputers.com within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:

✅ Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

• Product is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery (non-COD orders only).

• Product does not match the description/specifications or is different from what was ordered.

If the delivered item does not match the description on our website, you may claim an exchange or return within 7 working days of delivery.

Conditions for Return:

• Product must be unused, undamaged, and unopened.

• Must be returned with original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

🛠️ Warranty Policy:

• Used Items: 15 Days Limited Warranty

• New Items: 10 Months Warranty (if claimed by the distributor/vendor)

• Warranty claims must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

• Warranty is void for items that are:

  • Physically damaged

  • Burned

  • Dead on arrival

  • Improperly installed or mishandled

🔧 All warranty claims are processed according to distributor/vendor policies. Warranty is not valid for products where the distributor does not offer any warranty support.
